What do you do when you have an orange Optima battery and get nothing but flack about the color and how it doesn't match? Well, you paint it red of course. I forgot to take a picture with all the tape off but it looks awesome. Not bad for an amateur: 
Well, since I have to drive about 80 miles or so from San Francisco to Sacramento on a rock and bug-laden freeway, what better way (but definitely ghetto way) to tape off the front end and side view mirrors with painter's tape and Safeway plastic wrap ;-). LOL. Do not use anything but painter's tape as you may lose some paint and/or leave some adhesive residue: 
Well, if anyone is going to Import Motion, make sure to drop by the JDM themed room. There are 17 of us and only 3 Nissans, my car, my friend's Drag Z31, and a Skyline GTS-t.
